Confidential Telephone Support
We provide a fully supported telephone service with an online messaging system where our Mindful Peer Support Volunteer receives the voicemail messages as soon as they are left so we can react sooner rather than later.
Flexible Face to Face Support
We offer 1 to 1, family & group support. We can either attend the client’s home or provide a safe, secure space at one of many local centres, as desired by the client.
Our volunteers and support teams have enabled hundreds of clients. We are able to help you recover motivation, perspective and joy that you take forward in your life without the need to look back.
